Now that Sophie’s swimming lessons are over I wanted to make sure that we still go to the pool at least once a week. Doing things with friends and their babies is more fun than just going by ourselves so I invited some friends to join us every week. We now meet up with 3 friends and their babies, all boys, every tuesday morning at a local pool.
Sophie loves showing off her skills to the other babies all of which are really starting to become more comfortable in the water. It is also great for me because I get time with other moms every week.
We have tried out a couple different pools trying to fine one that is just right. The pool we went to for swim lessons although a great pool was just too cold. We then tried out the pool near our house and it was really warm but had horrible change rooms. Thankfully last week we found a great pool that is both warm and has good change rooms, so that is where we will be going every week now.
