		<description>This sounds incredible, and incredibly adventurous.  I have always been too shy to make my own ice cream (not including the kiddie ice cream maker my grandmother bought for my 8 cousins and I eons ago...i think we made one batch...ever.)

I am a big fan of green tea ice cream, and wonder what these would taste like side-by-side.  I&#039;m a Libra, so I tend to favor contrasting combinations (sweet/spicy, sweet/salty).  It could be a whole Japanese-inspired bowl :-)</description>
