		<description>I am happy to hear that it can be done without sugar and will definitely use your recipe again.  I was just worried that the yeast wasn&#039;t foaming and thought it might be because it was lacking sugar.  Possibly for the first attempt the water wasn&#039;t warm enough and that is why nothing was happening when I mixed in the yeast.  Thank you for the feedback.</description>

		<description>Hmm, I&#039;ve made many, many yeast bread recipes that don&#039;t call for sugar.  And, I&#039;ve made this recipe countless times without sugar and have never had a problem.  Also, when you use the instant yeast you really don&#039;t even have to wait for it to &quot;activate&quot; since it is already active.  Just mix it in and it will do its job as long as the water is warm enough.  Glad you conquered your first attempt!</description>
