I am blessed to have wonderful inspiration in the kitchen form my mom who through all the years has always found time to cook a meal to sisters who love the kitchen.  They have helped show me that the kitchen is a place of laughter, conversation and fun.  Both of my sisters are naturals in the kitchen like my mom and seem to really enjoy the art of creating new things.  Then there is me, The Reluctant Chef.

As a newleywed since January I have been trying my hand at cooking for more than one person on a regular basis.  I have my evening when I am sucessful and motivated to try something new and exciting and then I also have the evenings when I resort to something off the well used list of recipes.
